The following skills/knowledge are essential:

• Strong knowledge of any of the following - textile waste, textile recycling, material science, textile engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, business, sustainability and innovation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• A basic understanding of the supply chain & the fashion industry
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Capacity to work in a demanding and multicultural environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills incl. powerpoint
• A pro-active, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and comfortable dealing with uncertainty
