Social & Content Intern

Fashion for Good is the global platform for collaborative innovation in the fashion industry. Based in Amsterdam, we bring together brands, innovators, investors, and industry partners to accelerate the transition to a circular and sustainable fashion system.
We are looking for a Social & Content Intern to own our day-to-day content operations and help us grow our presence across our channels ( LinkedIn, Instagram, etc). You will sit within the Marketing & Communications team, working closely with our Innovation Platform team who provide subject matter expertise across our content themes.
This is a paid 6-month internship starting June 2026, based at FFG's Amsterdam office. The role is in-office 4 days a week, with one day remote after the first month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include:
Content creation and production
Plan, produce, and publish content across FFG's social channels on a consistent weekly cadence, maintaining FFG's brand tone of voice and visual identity throughout
Design social assets and campaign visuals in Figma
Develop data storytelling content including short-form video, infographics, and explainer formats
Work with AI-assisted production tools to support content output and experimentation
Content scheduling and planning
Manage the social media content calendar in Notion, coordinating with colleagues to keep all workstreams on track
Write platform-native copy from carousel scripts and captions to innovator news posts, adapted for each channel and audience
Community engagement
Monitor channel performance and community engagement daily
Respond to comments and DMs, and proactively nurture FFG's online community across LinkedIn and Instagram
Analytics and insights
Collect and compile monthly social media metrics using Buffer, translating data into clear insights and recommendations
Contribute to A/B testing of formats, posting cadence, and messaging to continuously improve channel performance
Actively research emerging digital trends and bring proposals for how FFG can act on them

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Technical fluency across the tools required for the role: Figma, Canva, Notion, and Buffer
Comfort using AI tools for content production, or a strong demonstrated ability to pick up new tools quickly
Video editing experience is a plus — Higgsfield, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and format across platforms and audiences
A sharp eye for visual quality and brand consistency
A self-starter who is comfortable working with autonomy in a small, fast-moving team

EDUCATION Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (HBO) or Master's programme, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
LANGUAGES Proficiency in English is a requirement.
LOCATION & VISA REQUIREMENTS In-person, based in Amsterdam. Only candidates with an existing working permit for the EU are eligible to apply.
